(a non-traded REIT).  The property is located adjacent to the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.  The 100% leased medical office building sold for $15.7 million with a tenant mix of Carolina Health Specialists, The Cardiology/Gastroenterology Associates and Grand Strand Regional Diagnostic and Women’s Center.
